As a Night Porter and City Lover at NYX Hotels, we want you to bring your fun and dynamic vibe to the bar with you every day. Working as part of the Night team, you will ensure our guests enjoy the city, whichever way they choose. You’ll think creatively to offer five star guest service and go above and beyond to ensure every guest’s experience is electrifying!
Your Responsibilities Will Be
* Handle guests incidents, complaints and coordinate service recovery where required in conjunction with the Manager.
* General cleaning of all areas of front and back of house.
* Identifying, communicating all issues (maintenance, equipment, etc)
* Following company control procedures in accordance with the internal audit requirements.
* Confidently know all emergency procedures, full knowledge of the fire manual.
* Working in partnership with the Night Manager to ensure all Nights Department objectives are fulfilled.
* Close daily business and secure property
* Prepare hotel for new day – Particular attention to detail on cleanliness and presentation is vital.
* Aid all departments while on shift – knowledge of bar & restaurant would be beneficial.
