Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Sligo. This full-time position will be working Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support and assistance to senior staff members.
* Operate within a front office environment, maintaining high levels of professionalism at all times.
* Collect and process client payments, ensuring accurate and timely receipting.
* Collaborate with management and administrative staff to achieve good governance and risk management through adherence to procedures and practices, including GDPR.
* Attend regular staff meetings to stay informed and provide updates.
Ideal Background:
* A Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification is required for this role.
* Previous experience in a similar administrative position would be beneficial.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is essential.
