The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the construction process, ensuring high-quality finishes, and supervising subcontractors. Experience of working on large-scale builds is essential, as well as having a flair for management and IT systems.
A trade or educational background would be beneficial, but not essential. The key qualities required are reliability, competence, and hard work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the construction process to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
* Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors to achieve project goals.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting any issues or concerns.
