The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience leading and managing teams, as well as expertise in areas such as human resources, health and safety, child and adult safeguarding, quality assurance, and budget setting.

Qualifications

As Director of Services, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of our children and families services at a senior management level. This includes:
* Developing and implementing new services and policies to meet the needs of our clients.
* Managing a team of service managers to deliver frontline services.
* Negotiating with stakeholders to secure funding and partnerships.
* Representing the organisation in the public domain and deputising for the CEO.
