We are seeking an experienced Order Management Analyst to join a global finance organisation in a contract capacity.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, growth-oriented team and contribute to accurate revenue processes, customer support, and cross-functional operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of enterprise subscription and licensing models.
Provide support to channel and enterprise customers, including order reviews, PO processing, returns/credits, and issue resolution via email and phone.
Use CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) to book and adjust revenue.
Conduct weekly and quarterly reconciliations to ensure accuracy and support business metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Credit, Engineering, and Operations.
Support subscription business activity across global distributors and resellers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a business or numerate discipline.
Strong written and verbal business English.
Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and analytical.
Experience with CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms.
Demonstrated critical-thinking skills and ability to resolve complex issues independently.
Strong customer-focused communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective time management and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
Highly Desirable
2+ years of Order Management or related experience.
Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
Knowledge of revenue recognition principles for software or service-based businesses.
Understanding of quote-to-cash processes.
