We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Global Regulatory Affairs Office. As an Associate Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and executing our remediation quality control/validation testing program.
This individual contributor position involves leadership, technical expertise, and strong initiative. You will demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, influencing a wide range of stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you should have several years of experience in financial services, with at least 5+ years of testing experience in a financial institution or similar consultancy experience in the financial services industry.
* Technical / Operational: Establish and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders, design and execute the quality control/validation approach, and identify and analyze risks.
* People Skills: Display strong initiative, project management, people skills, sound decision-making, intuitive thinking, and sensitivity to cultural diversity.
As a seasoned professional, you will supply subject matter expertise and execution rigor to enable management and coordination of issue validation and related testing activities.
