Job Title: Group QHSE Manager
This is a pivotal role where you will shape standards, lead improvements, and influence every level of the business.
* Drive a positive, proactive safety-first culture across all sites.
* Lead audits, inspections, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
* Keep the business aligned with ISO standards and evolving legislation.
* Provide expert advice and training to staff and managers at all levels.
* Report directly to senior management, shaping strategy and best practice.
* Be the point of contact for regulators and external audits.

Requirements:
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualification in Occupational Health & Safety.
* 5 years + experience at this level.
* Experience managing QHSE across multiple sites in construction, manufacturing, or a similar sector.
* Strong knowledge of QHSE law, standards, and ISO systems.
* The ability to lead, influence, and communicate effectively with teams at all levels.
* Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
