Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and approve civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and technical assessments.
Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
Manage project timelines, costs, and resources effectively.
Liaise with clients, contractors, local authorities, and multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
Conduct risk assessments and implement safety procedures on site.
Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
Provide solutions to technical problems and adapt designs as required.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
Proficiency in design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, or similar).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Professional Engineer (PE/Chartered Engineer) status desirable (depending on region).
2-5 years' relevant experience for junior/mid-level roles; 5-10+ years for senior roles.
Experience in design, construction, or project management in civil engineering projects.
Full clean EU Drivers Licence
