This is a hands-on role that blends deep functional expertise with strong technical capability, working closely with stakeholders, developers, and delivery teams.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly advantageous, particularly where CRM and ERP integrations are involved.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) solutionsEngage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Dynamics solutionsConfigure and customise Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Power Platform apps)Provide techno-functional leadership across solution design, configuration, and integrationDesign and support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central (or other ERP systems)Work with Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate, and DataverseSupport data migration, system testing, UAT, and go-live activitiesMentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices and solution standardsQualifications6+ years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CEStrong techno-functional background (configuration + technical understanding)Proven experience delivering CRM solutions in enterprise or complex environmentsStrong knowledge of: Dynamics 365 CRM modules, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Dataverse and security modelsExperience working with integrations (APIs, Azure, middleware)Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
