Opportunity for
Electrical Maintenance Technician
to join Operations & Maintenance team based in Dublin.
The role is Shift position working 12 hour shift with shift allowance.
Pattern is 4 days on 4 days off (Two thirds days and One third nights).
Overview of the Role:
The Technician will work as part of the Operations & Maintenance team in providing Utilities in support of the client's business Tasks include, but are not limited to Plant rounds; preventative and corrective maintenance, and plant repairs.
Day to Day of the Role:
* Rounds & readings of utilities systems.
* Review spare parts requirements
* Complete on-site and vendor training
* Operation of site utilities in support of projects & commissioning
* Assist in definition of site safety systems
* Liaise with the contract team, client engineering and equipment vendors to ensure maximum uptime of all utilities plant and equipment
* Completion of all related documentation in compliance with site and regulatory rules and guidelines
* Delivery of delegated engineering tasks in compliance with good engineering practice and all regulatory, statutory and corporate requirements
* Keep training current in line with client's requirements, i.e. SOP's and work on site to be carried out in accordance with site EHS rules and guidelines
Required Skills for the Role:
* Electrical engineering degree or diploma desirable
* 3+ years industrial experience in a similar role preferable
* City & Guilds or equivalent Senior Trades, City & Guilds or equivalent
