We’re looking for a passionate, driven, and compassionate Ophthalmic Technician to join our expanding clinical team.
What You’ll Be Empowered to Do
* Support the smooth and safe delivery of diagnostics in pre- and post-operative patient journeys.
* Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Optometrists and Consultant Ophthalmologists in fast-paced, rewarding clinical settings.
* Prepare clinical areas and manage key diagnostic and surgical equipment.
* Support theatre flow as a runner and patient escort.
* Be the go-to for accurate data entry and record management using Medisoft.
* Help maintain stock control, patient confidentiality, and a spotless, compliant environment.
Your Superpowers
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience in a healthcare, clinical or optical setting.
* Is confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
* Is a team player with strong communication skills.
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a calm, flexible, proactive mindset.
* Is compassionate, motivated, and always puts the patient first.
* Has an eagle eye for detail, and the curiosity to keep learning.
* Holds a full Irish/EU driving licence and can travel to different clinical sites.
