They bring deep expertise in project and change management, helping to shape and deliver strategic initiatives. By assessing business needs and crafting people and organisational strategies, they support the successful implementation of change and foster continuous improvement. Their guidance helps PwC strengthen its workforce, boost employee engagement, and enhance overall organisational effectiveness. In the area of change management and communications, you’ll help the Firm navigate transformation and connect effectively with stakeholders. Your role will involve partnering with the business to design change strategies, evaluate readiness, and develop communication plans that support smooth transitions. You’ll also contribute to initiatives around employee engagement, training, and cultural evolution—ensuring changes are embraced and resistance is minimised. As part of our team, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders to solve complex challenges and deliver lasting impact.ResponsibilitiesChange Impact Analysis: Evaluate the effects of proposed changes on business processes, systems, and people across the organisationStakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to understand change requirements and communicate effectivelyChange Planning: Assist in the development and execution of change management plans, including timelines, resources, and communication strategiesDocumentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of change activities and produce regular reports for leadershipTraining & Support: Support the creation of training materials and facilitate sessions to prepare teams for changeRisk Management: Identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and propose mitigation strategiesContinuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements to change management processes and toolsCompliance & Governance: Ensure all changes align with Firm policies and regulatory requirementsExperience & SkillsBachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related fieldMinimum 5+ years of experience in change management, business analysis, or project coordinationFamiliarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)Preferred SkillsExperience in a fast-paced, matrixed organizationAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demandsCertification in Change Management or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageousImportant Notes We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
