About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Lead to join our team. As a key member of our branch leadership, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and controlling the efficient delivery of business objectives and day-to-day branch operations in a regulatory compliant manner.
You will be required to build and embed a culture of change, drive the success of our ambition to become Ireland's best personal and business bank through promotion of our Blackbelt model. You will also need to ensure that all Risk and Conduct requirements are fully adhered to while ensuring fair customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise managers advising customers on products or arranging financial services.
You will coach your colleagues on the importance of embedding Blackbelt principles, such as enhanced customer engagement. This includes education across various channels available for meeting client needs while driving management of sales development within your team.
