About the Role
">Deliver tailored financial solutions to high-net-worth clients, addressing needs across Protection, Investment, Savings, and Pensions. Collaborate with leadership to drive customer financial planning objectives and financial performance targets.
Key Accountabilities:
">- Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, focusing on asset growth and retention.
- Generate wealth income through bespoke financial planning solutions for personal and business customers.
- Mentor and support key personnel within assigned Business Centres and Branches to enhance their ability to engage customers with financial planning needs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues across various channels to integrate the Customer Financial Planning proposition effectively.
Requirements:
">- Fully Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) certification or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or willingness to obtain it upon appointment.
- Demonstrated expertise and deep knowledge of financial planning and the broader financial services landscape.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools relevant to financial planning.
