Project Management Office (PMO)
and drive excellence in project delivery.
About the Role
You'll lead and govern cross-functional projects that shape the future of our operations. From
process improvements
to
new system implementations
and
New Product Introductions (NPI)
, your work will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, implement, and finalize projects according to specifications and deadlines, while keeping projects within budget.
* Create and report project status, allocate resources as needed.
* Define project governance policies and manage financial concerns.
* Communicate and interface across all organizational levels, including business units.
* Partner with external vendors when required.
* Minimal work direction needed – highly skilled and knowledgeable in the role.
* Manage selected projects using methodologies like
Waterfall, Agile, Scrum
.
* Resolve issues, escalate risks, and maintain governance of the site's project portfolio.
* Collaborate on risk management strategies to mitigate challenges throughout project lifecycles.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
* 6+ years industry experience
, with at least 4 years managing projects.
* Strong
verbal and written communication skills
.
* Excellent
organizational skills
.
* Expertise in
project execution methodologies
(Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
* Proficiency in
MS Project or other project management tools
.
* Ability to build consensus and lead
cross-functional, matrix-oriented projects
.
* Pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience
is essential.
Education & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in
Operations Management, Engineering, Science
, or related field.
* Experience in
Vaccines, Biologics, or Sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing
.
* PMP or equivalent certification
preferred.
