Group Head of People Location: Dublin (Hybrid, 3 days onsite) Regions: UK, Ireland and Spain Travel: Regular UK travel + occasional travel to Spain A fast-growing international business is seeking a Group Head of People to lead the People function across multiple European locations. This senior role focuses on organisational design, workforce planning, leadership capability and supporting the business through continued growth and transformation. You'll work closely with senior leadership to ensure the organisation has the right structure, talent and culture to scale effectively. This position suits someone commercially minded, strategic and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the People function across three countries, ensuring alignment with business goals. Partner with senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning and people strategy. Develop effective resourcing models across permanent, contract, outsourced and offshore teams. Drive organisational change to improve performance, scalabilit and operational efficiency. Strengthen leadership capability through performance management, succession planning and L&D. Use workforce data to support hiring, restructuring and strategic decision-making. Ensure strong governance, compliance and due-diligence readiness across all people processes. Support and mentor the HR Generalist based in Dublin. Lead confidently through change in a dynamic, evolving environment. Requirements: 10+ years' HR/People experience, including senior leadership responsibility. Strong organisational design and workforce planning expertise. Experience supporting growth, restructuring or transformation. Commercially aware with strong stakeholder management skills. Strong ER and employment law knowledge (UK & Ireland). Confident communicator with strong change leadership capability. Comfortable working at pace and managing competing priorities. Desirable: Experience across multiple geographies. Background in scaling SMEs or high-growth environments. Exposure to investment, acquisition or due-diligence activity. Experience with automation or efficiency initiatives.
