Strong Python engineering skills, with a focus on optimisation and reliability.
Hands‑on experience with cloud ML deployment (ideally AWS).
Solid grounding in core ML methods plus strong NLP experience (embeddings, transformers).
Familiarity with GenAI frameworks and patterns (e.g., LangChain, RAG).
Experience building MLOps pipelines, retraining workflows, and monitoring/drift systems.
Thrives in fast‑moving environments and collaborates well with product and engineering.
Autonomous, pragmatic, and passionate about taking models from POC to production.
