Residential Care Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for a Person in Charge to join a Residential Centre, making a difference for the people they support to live their best life.
Services provided are day, residential, short breaks, community supports, rehabilitative training, and multi-disciplinary supports.

Role Overview
The Person In Charge has responsibility for the effective provision of person-centred services to adults and children in designated centres.
In accordance with the Health Act 2007 and associated regulations.
Purpose of Role
The purpose of the Person in Charge role is to ensure the designated centre runs according to strategic planning, policies, procedures, guidelines, and Safety Statement.
Provision of a rights-based person-centred home with regular communication and reporting to the Area Service Manager and/or Director of Operations.
Key Duties
* Provide leadership in clinical practice and act as a resource and role model.
* Lead, supervise, and support Nursing and Support teams in providing clinical and care support services.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for people supported and staff, ensuring compliance with legislation and HIQA requirements.
* Contribute to developing nursing standards, protocols, and guidelines consistent with highest care standards.
The post holder must be responsible for the direction and running of the unit, ensuring a home-like atmosphere for people supported and addressing their health, recreational, and other needs.
