Job Overview:
The role of the Finance Administrator is a dynamic and varied position that plays a vital part in supporting a wide range of finance tasks.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Reconciling supplier turnover with the general ledger to ensure accurate customer rebate calculations
* Processing monthly rebate journals for customer accounts
* Liaising with a nationwide network of member companies to resolve queries regarding rebates and supplier trading terms
* Assisting in the preparation and coordination of annual audits
* Generating monthly customer purchase reports
* Collaborating closely with senior management to assist with general finance queries and project-based work
Requirements:
* Strong Excel skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Previous experience in accounts or finance; IATI qualification or part-qualified accountant desirable
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Proactive, organised, and able to manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
