Graduate Program Overview
We invite ambitious graduate candidates to apply for the 5th cohort of our EMEA Graduate Rotation Program – Solution Engineering Path.
This 12-month program gives graduates exposure to both solution engineering and sales.
Top graduates on this path can begin their Salesforce Solution Engineering careers.
The promotion window opens from month 7 onwards.
Responsibilities and Experience Path
First month: extensive onboarding enablement through a Salesforce-style academy.
Months 2-4: Solution Engineering rotation – learn our solutions at a deeper technical level, support creation of customer demonstrations, and master customer discovery.
Months 5-7: Sales Graduate Rotation – learn best-in-class prospecting and qualification methodologies, collaborate with Sales Development Specialists to run campaigns, and build sales pipeline for the EMEA Sales organization.
Months 7-12: second rotation – reverse the path for balance and deeper exposure to both roles.
Throughout the program: self-paced certifications, skills assessments, and mentorship from experienced buddies.
Qualifications
Graduating in **** or **** (minimum bachelor's degree).
Academic background: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science/Data Engineering, Information Systems, or other adjacent disciplines.
Creative problem-solver, relationship builder, and growth mindset.
Curious, self-motivated, focused on continuous learning.
Team-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, comfortable in fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and Dutch.
