Job Function: Responsible for administrating service processes to maximize administrative efficiency in the department.
Assists the service team in maintaining accurate and on-time reports and records.
Assist in the handlining of the warranty process.
Essential Duties: Receives and directs internal and external customer inquiries for the service department.
Checks work orders before submission to Service manager end customers.
Maintains service department filing, records and department information.
Opens work orders and maintains control until they are closed and invoiced.
Process warranty claims including the computation of charges, submission, and follow-up.
