The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for the retention, adoption, expansion and ongoing usage of ClickDimensions products throughout the customer and channel partner lifecycle and into renewal. Additionally, this role is responsible for the proactive monitoring of assigned accounts, success of the relationship, and charged with reducing churn for the business. The CSM will seek to understand and align client and partner goals with the ClickDimensions solution creating advocates and helping drive business outcomes through the value of our product offering. ClickDimensions CSMs are our clients' strategic advisors, who think about alternative outcomes to help solve problems and advise on solutions to deliver value.Job Description:YOUR DAY TO DAYServe as the marketing automation and best practices consultant for new customers and ClickDimensions Partners by guiding them through ClickDimensions Experience with the goal of understanding their Business Objectives and helping them successfully align ClickDimensions with their goalsPartner with an Onboarding Specialist to ensure a smooth handoff of the client through the initial setup of ClickDimensionsCommunication and delivery of ClickDimensions' value proposition to drive relationships and create advocates within partner organizations Proactively monitor partner & customer accounts based on their defined success plans and provide guidance/advice based on marketing best-practices as neededPrepare and conduct regular success checkpoints and business reviews with key client and partner contacts to ensure adoption of and success with ClickDimensions, provide recommendations for improvement, as well as continued re-alignment of goalsActively manage a book of customers efficiently, remaining organized and prioritizing customer escalations appropriatelyResponsible for identifying at-risk accounts and implementing effective response actions to ensure customer success, satisfaction retention with ClickDimensionsCommunicate with account management throughout the customer lifecycle to identify areas of cross-"tell" and upsell and with the objective of minimizing customer churnServe as a strategic advisor to ClickDimensions clientsWHAT YOU BRING TO CLICKDIMENSIONSFluency in German language2+ years marketing automation/Microsoft channel experience AND/OR2+ years account management or other client-facing experience Clear understanding of marketing, sales processes and best practices (or equivalent)Ability to lead, own, and manage processes as well as customer and partner relationshipsComfortable presenting and running online meetings to all levels of an organizationStrong aptitude for self-directed workAble to analyze, interpret, and leverage data in business recommendationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build trusted relationshipsBachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study strongly preferred.Microsoft reseller and partner channel, Dynamics 365 for Sales, Power Platform, and Microsoft365 experience a plus Client-side marketing experience a plus WHY YOU WANT TO WORK HERERemote first environmentGenerous paid time off policyCelebrate your birthday with an additional day offHome office monthly stipendFitness reimbursementQuarterly bonusesCompetitive insurance and 401K matchingWorker Type:RegularNumber of Openings Available: 0
