We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in a dynamic environment.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver family-centred occupational therapy assessments and interventions for children and adolescents, individually and in groups.
* Provide onsite supervision to junior therapists and remote support to colleagues.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation using digital systems.
* Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and service development initiatives.
* Support parent and teacher training sessions and contribute to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities.
* Ensure therapy spaces and equipment are maintained to a high standard.
* Assist with promotional and media activities related to service enhancement.
