Key Role: Front of House Administrator
We are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Front of House Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient service while ensuring the clinic environment remains welcoming, professional, and clean.
* Meeting and greeting patients with a smile
* Prioritizing administration tasks to maintain a smooth workflow
* Handling electronic and telephone inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
* Effective management of the audiologist's schedule to ensure seamless delivery of services
* Providing basic hearing aid repairs and maintenance support to clients
This is a part-time opportunity that requires working 38 hours over three days, Monday to Saturday. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing stock levels, demonstrating hearing products to clients, and coordinating appointments.
