Overview
The Multimedia Services team is looking for a highly-motivated Multimedia Manager, Enterprise Operations Field Services to serve as a Regional Lead. The role focuses on lifecycle refresh, transformational initiatives, and service delivery in the region. Ideal candidates are analytical, outcomes‑oriented, and strong communicators.
Role
* Plan and implement strategic refresh projects within the region.
* Collaborate with local stakeholders (end users, Real Estate Services, Network Engineering, vendors) to simplify and modernize audio‑visual experiences.
* Facilitate final acceptance of solutions and projects for the Multimedia Services Operations Team.
* Serve as product owner for audio‑visual technology (video conferencing, wireless content sharing, room schedulers, digital signage).
* Lead resolution and problem management for video conferencing technology in meeting rooms, scheduling panels, wireless content sharing, and electronic bulletin boards.
* Collaborate with engineering teams (e.g., Network Operations) for break/fix support.
* Manage ITSM processes: ticketing, incident reporting/resolution, monitoring, and monthly operational metrics.
* Contribute to global standards and transformational change initiatives.
* Own vendor relationships and serve as day‑to‑day point of contact for third parties.
* Coach and evaluate team members, manage performance appraisals, and conduct workforce planning.

* Demonstrated focus on customer service.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience installing, configuring, and managing AV technologies within a global enterprise.
* Proficient with technical infrastructure: audio‑visual, network, security.
* Knowledge of collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex).
* Ability to provide routine technical support and maintenance for Mastercard’s operations environment, emphasizing networking technologies.
* Skills in incident, problem, change, and capacity management processes.
