We are seeking a dedicated & experienced Assistant Chef to support the daily operations of our kitchen & ensure the highest standards of culinary excellence.
Playing a key role in overseeing food preparation, maintaining compliance with food safety regulations, & working closely with the wider restaurant team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
Responsibilities:
* Supervise & coordinate daily food preparation & kitchen operations.
* Monitor inventory levels & place supply orders in line with business needs.
* Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations & maintain impeccable standards of hygiene & cleanliness at all times.
* Collaborate effectively with the restaurant team to uphold customer satisfaction & service standards.
* Address & resolve customer inquiries or issues in a professional & timely manner
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant sector.
* Strong knowledge of food safety standards & culinary practices (HACCP Level 1 & 2 certification required).
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate & support a team.
* Excellent organisational & communication abilities.
* A positive attitude & a genuine passion for delivering high-quality food & service
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term
Pay: From €15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
