Job Title: Lead Professional Mental Health Practitioner
This is an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team working in a low secure mental health unit.
* Provide assessment, intervention and evaluation of treatment programs for individuals with complex mental health difficulties;
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage caseloads effectively;
* Engage in interdisciplinary working with members of the clinical team to meet the person-centred needs of individuals on your caseload;
* Promote recovery-oriented occupational therapy practice through interactions with individuals, staff and other stakeholders.
