Reporting to the Group General Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with experts in the Support office to develop every aspect of your hotel - from the marketing of the hotel to working with the sales team and how to develop our customer base at home and abroad.
Working with the HR team, you will be identifying talent that we can grow for future promotions, managing those who are not delivering to the standards we require and working on engagement to create a happy working environment where fantastic customer service becomes the norm.
