Job Description:
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic marketing plan to achieve territory sales goals and Marketing Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will work closely with your regional sales leader and team to build and execute a prioritized marketing plan that encompasses all aspects of the marketing mix.
You will implement a mix of marketing tactics to fuel growth and accelerate deals, including 1:1 ABM, in-person events, meeting/calling programs, social, digital campaigns and more. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, expand and retain customers, and penetrate new logo accounts.
Responsibilities include:
* Aligning with sales on regional sales goals and keeping a pulse on business needs
* Developing a regional plan that encompasses the full marketing investment mix aligned to company GTM priorities with strategy and purpose, in partnership with the extended marketing team
* Implementing a mix of marketing tactics to fuel growth and accelerate deals
* Executing events and campaign planning, during and post event strategy
* Interlocking cross marketing to leverage approved messaging and assets as well as collaborate on the GTM plan and drive velocity through the demand funnel
* Engaging partners and collaborating on select marketing events and campaigns to deliver results
* Measuring, analyzing and evaluating performance against KPIs and goals to continually optimize results, deliver actionable insights, and make data driven decisions to continually improve outcomes
