The Loto Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining energy control procedures to ensure employee safety during equipment servicing and maintenance. Key daily responsibilities include identifying and mitigating hazardous energy risks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create lockout/tagout procedures, training personnel on energy control processes, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Additionally, the engineer will supervise audits and updates for lockout/tagout programs in alignment with company policies.QualificationsProficiency in Lockout/Tagout procedures and compliance with safety standardsExperience in risk assessment, safety audits, and identifying hazardous energyAbility to design and implement energy control programsStrong communication skills for training and collaborating with cross-functional teamsExperience in regulatory compliance and safety documentation preparationInnovative problem-solving capabilities and attention to detailRelevant experience in the target industries (e.g., manufacturing, industrial equipment)Degree in Engineering or a related technical fieldCertification in safety management or equivalent is advantageous
