This is a high-visibility role at the centre of Global Banking & Markets in Europe.
You'll work closely with the Ireland Chief Operating Officer (COO) and senior leaders to help shape strategy, drive change, and enhance how the business operates day-to-day.
If you enjoy tackling complex problems, bringing structure to dynamic environments, and working with a wide range of stakeholders, this role offers influence and exposure across Dublin, London and global teams.
You'll be part of a collaborative Business Management function that sits at the heart of decision-making – helping the business grow, operate efficiently and meet its regulatory commitments.
What you'll be doing
Partner with the COO and senior stakeholders to deliver key business priorities across the European Global Banking & Markets platform
Support strategic initiatives and change programmes, from business case development through to implementation and benefits tracking
Drive improvement in operational processes and ways of working to enhance efficiency, transparency and control
Support business planning, governance and management reporting, including preparation of materials for senior leadership and committees
Work across front office, support and control functions to resolve issues and deliver aligned outcomes
Strengthen the control environment by supporting risk, audit and regulatory activities
Build strong relationships across Dublin, London and global teams, acting as a trusted partner to the business
What we're looking for
Experience in Capital Markets, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking or a related environment
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing across teams
Ability to analyse information, identify insights and support decision-making
A collaborative, proactive approach and a focus on delivering practical solutions
A university degree or equivalent experience is preferred
