Cork, as aSeasonal Operator This is a full-time, seasonal position, with rotating day (08:00-16:00), evening (16:00-00:00), and night (00:00-8:00) shifts. During periods of increased demand, opportunities for overtime and weekend work will be available with increased pay rate. The season lasts from mid-January to November. As a Seasonal Operator, youll play a key role in our operations, with the chance to work in different areas of our site depending on your skills and training. Any previous experience as a production operative, warehouse operative, forklift operative, line operative or machine operator will be an advantage. What will you be doing? Your responsibilities as a Seasonal Operator will include: Working as part of a team in production areas, ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. Operating machinery and equipment safely and effectively. Adhering to health and safety guidelines. Assisting with quality control checks on ingredients and finished products. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Maintaining accurate production records. What do you need to be successful? You will be a dependable team player who is motivated by the ability to add value and by championing collaboration and teamwork. You will show great attention to detail, helping to maintain efficient production processes and high-quality standards.
