We are seeking a skilled professional to join our culinary team in the capacity of Junior Sous Chef.
Key Responsibilities
* To assist the Executive Head Chef or other senior chefs in preparing dishes or ingredients as directed.
* To collaborate with kitchen staff in various sections at the discretion of the Executive Head Chef.
* To ensure that mise en place is thoroughly prepared and organized for service, taking into account forecasted business levels.

* HACCP certification
