Senior Manager – Global Trade & Customs
Position: Senior Manager within PwC Ireland's Customs & International Trade Management practice.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a challenging and varied client portfolio.
Develop and maintain business relationships and market profile to win new business.
Develop and maintain new products and service offerings.
Lead internal and external projects.
Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams including tax, advisory and accounting specialists.
Motivate and mentor team members to achieve high performance.
Attract, develop and retain top talent for the firm.
Support clients to ensure compliance and avoid legal or criminal issues in the export of dual-use items.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 8 years in Global Trade and Customs, with at least 5 years at manager level.
Degree in accounting, economics, finance or law.
Strong leadership and proven record of building and managing high-performance teams.
Excellent delegation and staff development skills.
Strong business development and relationship management capabilities.
Analytical, creative and innovative thinking capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
