As part of a dynamic team, you will have individual objectives while actively contributing to team targets. Your responsibilities include planning and executing counter actions, maximizing new product launches, and building and maintaining a loyal client base.
Main Duties
* Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide the best Clarins Selling Ceremony to every customer.
* Customer Relationship: Understand and manage your customers' needs, ensuring personalized service.
* Product Expertise: Stay well-informed about our products and offer tailored combinations and alternatives.
* Brand Ambassador: Actively promote the Clarins brand through your network and beyond.
* Business Performance: Drive sales and contribute to overall business performance.
* Operational Excellence: Ensure the highest standards of operational efficiency.
* Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive and inviting Point of Sale environment.
Who We're Looking For
We seek a confident, empathetic individual who is comfortable with skincare application and passionate about beauty. You should be an excellent communicator, a strong team player, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences.
You are:
* Enthusiastic and energetic, with a genuine passion for beauty.
* Proactive, curious, and eager to stay ahead of trends.
* Customer oriented, result driven, passionate about our brand and challenges, entrepreneurial mindset
* Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty
You have:
* A background in Sales, with experience in Beauty or Retail (knowledge of our products is a plus).
* Strong English language skills.
* Excellent selling and customer service skills.
