Post specifics / Responsibilities and Qualifications
* Experience of implementing and managing change including a strong track record of delivering ICT enabled change projects.
* Experience of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience of budget planning, financial management and resource management processes.
* Experience of managing project risks, issues and dependencies.
* A good understanding of the healthcare system in Ireland, and the HSE Dublin & South East region.
