The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying high-potential companies that can benefit from our solutions, crafting and refining outreach messaging, and collaborating closely with experienced account executives to build impactful prospecting strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and qualify leads that align with our ideal customer profile
* Craft, test, and refine outreach messaging across various industries and buyer personas
* Collaborate closely with experienced account executives to build impactful prospecting strategies
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to continually improve sales techniques and strategies
Requirements
* Fluency in German and English
* 1+ year of experience in a BDR/SDR role (inbound or outbound)
* A motivated self-starter with a passion for exceeding goals
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
* Curious coachable and eager to grow your career in SaaS sales
