Construction Manager Role
The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the procurement of subcontractors, manage payment processes for these vendors, coordinate Contractor resources efficiently, and maximize profit margins on each project contract.
This office-based role in North Dublin will require site visits as necessary. It entails coordinating with contractors to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
