Hotel Sales Manager
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across our hotel portfolio. You will work closely with the area director of sales to develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring that we meet our revenue targets.
Your main duties will include:
* Sourcing and winning new business opportunities, both locally and globally.
* Representing the hotels at sales team meetings, internal customer-led events, and external events as appropriate.
* Collaborating with the account management team to nurture existing relationships and secure new opportunities.
* Instilling a culture of cross-selling, referrals, and lead sharing within the sales team.
* Developing and implementing proactive sales plans to drive revenue growth and reduce costs.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You should also be commercially aware, with a good understanding of the hospitality industry and its trends.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, preferably within the hotel industry. They will also possess a high level of organization, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure.
