This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your career in a supportive environment. As a Business Development Executive, you will pursue and generate new leads by delivering an outbound sales strategy and following up on inbound leads.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and develop account relationships to identify clients' requirements.
* Perform outbound activities to target potential revenue opportunities and build a revenue pipeline.
* Develop client-centric relationships through phone, email, social media, and professional networking.
* Sell HR, Employment Law, and H&S services to businesses aligned to targets.
* Manage the sales process and develop accounts from initial contact to closure.
* Prospect, initiate, and nurture relationships with HR decision-makers to generate new business opportunities.
Requirements:
* Qualification in Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Ideal 2-3 years of B2B sales experience.
* Experience working with Salesforce (or comparable CRM) – training will be provided.
* Understanding of HR processes, challenges, and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
