Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by handling inbound calls and emails with professionalism, efficiency, and empathy.
* Deliver first-line troubleshooting services by diagnosing problems and asking targeted questions to resolve customer issues across assigned product ranges.
* Accurately document all customer interactions, complaints, and inquiries in accordance with company procedures.
* Communicate investigation results to customers through clear, well-structured written reports and phone conversations.
* Resolve issues within agreed timelines, meeting key performance indicators for both individual and team targets.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in a medical/clinical setting or a customer-facing customer support role is required.
* Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences while managing technical complaints is essential.
* Fluency in German is mandatory.
