Office Manager
to join our team in Maynooth. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office. The ideal candidate will bring previous experience in a similar role, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to support day-to-day HR administration. You will work closely with management and site teams to support operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organised, professional working environment
* Provide administrative support to senior management and project teams
* Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems
* Maintain and update company databases, reports, and records
* Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
* Assist with HR administration including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and liaising with payroll
* Support health & safety compliance through document control and reporting
* Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and external partners as required
* Handle general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment

Requirements:

* Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar administrative role
* Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Experience with HR administration is highly desirable
* Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
* Ability to work independently and support multiple stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach
* Previous experience in the construction industry is an advantage but not essential
