As our operations continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive and experienced
Office Manager
to join our team in Maynooth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Role Overview
The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office.
The ideal candidate will bring previous experience in a similar role, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to support day-to-day HR administration.
You will work closely with management and site teams to support operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organised, professional working environment
Provide administrative support to senior management and project teams
Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems
Maintain and update company databases, reports, and records
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
Assist with HR administration including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and liaising with payroll
Support health & safety compliance through document control and reporting
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and external partners as required
Handle general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment
Requirements:
Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar administrative role
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with HR administration is highly desirable
Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and support multiple stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach
Previous experience in the construction industry is an advantage but not essential
