Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist – Community or Acute Setting

Contract Type: 12-Month Agency Contract (with strong potential for extension)

This role offers flexibility to work in either a community or acute hospital setting depending on your skill set and preference. The client is particularly interested in candidates who bring a variety of clinical experience including rehabilitation older persons services orthopaedics and community based care.

Clinical Responsibilities:
* Provide advanced OT assessment treatment planning and interventions in your area of specialisation
* Support complex discharges rehabilitation goals and person-centred care plans
* Collaborate effectively as part of an MDT across acute and/or community pathways
* Lead service development initiatives and participate in audits and quality improvement projects
* Offer clinical supervision and support to junior colleagues and students
* Maintain high-quality clinical records in accordance with HSE and CORU standards
Essential Requirements:
* CORU Registration as an Occupational Therapist
* Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience (HSE senior criteria)
* Experience in one or more of the following areas: community orthopaedics rehabilitation older persons
* Excellent communication leadership and clinical reasoning skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
