Accelerated Growth Consultant, Google Customer Solutions (English, French)

Businesses of all shapes and sizes rely on Google’s advertising solutions to help them grow in today’s dynamic marketing environment. You bring a passion for sales, knowledge of online media, and a commitment to maximize customer success. You act like an owner, move with velocity through change, and translate business needs into powerful solutions to achieve ambitious goals for Google and customers. This role emphasizes building trusted relationships, identifying business needs, and delivering extraordinary and incremental outcomes for both Google and customers.
Responsibilities
* Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within EMEA.
* Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of high-potential business and close partnership with our marketing teams.
* Establish relationships via phone calls or email and design effective marketing strategies using expert product knowledge to drive long-term success for customers.
* Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals using Google’s suite of marketing solutions (e.g., YouTube, Google Search and Display Network).
Qualifications
Required
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 2 years of mobile, apps and digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
* Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to engage with clients in this region.
Preferred
* Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and engaged selling.
* Experience launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns in Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
* Experience working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, or clients.
* Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and achieve goals to drive growth.
* Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
