Overview
We are recruiting a Master Data Specialist within the Uniphar Group. This is a permanent position and an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to develop their career within a dynamic, fast-paced environment at the centre of a growing business.
Responsibilities
* Accountable for completing day to day Master Data activities within required timelines, always ensuring accuracy and minimising the impact of errors.
* Participation in key projects and duties as defined by the Master Data Manager, e.g. new ERP, Warehouse Management System (WMS) and MDM implementations.
* Assist with the training of business units on current Master Data processes (content, quality and governance).
* Operate in a proactive manner, complying with Company set procedures at all times.
* Proactively highlight any issues around Master Data quality, compliance and governance.
* Contribute towards department objectives in line with the overall business strategy.
* Work closely with Business Unit and Project teams to ensure optimum Master Data quality and efficiency.
Requirements
* Excellent PC skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, etc.
* Extremely competent with Microsoft Excel — formulas and macros.
* Knowledge of SAP, iWac’s, Cache and SharePoint an advantage.
* Good planning and organising skills with good time management.
* Strong analytical skills with proven problem solving ability in a busy, fast-moving environment.
