Relief Social Care Workers
to join our growing agency panel.
This is an excellent opportunity to work across a variety of residential, respite, and community-based services while enjoying the flexibility of agency work.
As a Social Care Worker, you will support individuals with intellectual disabilities to achieve greater independence, develop life skills, and participate fully in their communities through the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support.
Essential Requirements
Level 7 Degree in Social Care, Applied Social Studies, Social Care Practice, or an equivalent qualification recognised in Ireland
CORU registration, eligibility for registration, or registration in progress
Minimum 1 years' experience working within Intellectual Disability, residential, or social care services
Experience supporting individuals with behaviours that challenge and complex needs
Strong understanding of person-centred practice and safeguarding principles
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Eligibility to work in Ireland (no sponsorship available)
