Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Key Responsibilities
* To accurately and timely process the monthly payroll for a large employee base.
* To administer benefits, including addressing queries related to Benefit in Kind and Tax allowances.
* To ensure compliance with all relevant employment, taxation and social welfare legislation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Have or be working towards a payroll qualification.
* A minimum of 2 years recent experience in a similar role covering end-to-end payroll processing.
* Experience in managing a large in-house payroll (over 100 employees).
* Proficient user of MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines.
* Confident communicator both verbal and written.
Benefits
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in calculating Benefit in Kind for a company fleet, payroll experience within the HR function, and SAGE MicroPay software.

This role is key to ensuring the smooth operation of the payroll process and will involve liaising with the Finance Department, HR Director and other team members as required.
