Job Description

* Supporting the Facilitation of rehabilitation programme
* Shadowing the rehabilitation staff
* Supervision of service users, in groups, at break times, and on any outings along side the rehabilitation staff
* Linking with other key agencies to support the progression pathways of service users
* Support rehabilitation staff to Maintain all written and electronic files in line with policies and procedures
* Attend supervision weekly with line manager.
* To work within the policies of ARC, to ensure that a consistent delivery of service and quality standards are adhered to within work with service users.
* Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
* Any other duties appropriate to the position and agreed with the line manager
* Sector: human health and social work activities
