The team here in Ireland has grown into a key strategic office within their global network. Progress in their product commercialisation plans has created an interim need for an experiencedSeniorProgram Managerto oversee a business critical program of works in collaboration with their CMO partner network.ResponsibilitiesAs an experienced project leader, you will own the post-execution body of work and oversee these key projects for the business. Working closely with strategic partners on a global scale you will be responsible for supporting the successful establishment of commercial manufacturing operations.This position is challenging within a complex structure and will require flexibility and a creative approach to problem-solving.Reporting to the head of Technical Services; this position sits within a team of talented professionals.Liaise closely with business partners and internal stakeholders to support business needs.Innovate and encourage the use of emerging tech to support key business objectives.You will support a number of submissions for the business.ExperienceAll applications must have a Technical Degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience within a pharma or biologics business.Experience working within a drug-substance or drug-product manufacturing site would be a distinct advantage.Experience of working with CMO's to deliver against agreed timelines and key objectives is a requirement of this position.Flexible approach to work and a positive attitude will be a good fit with the team dynamic.Be collaborative and a genuine team player.A flexible remote working model is in place, and a competitive rate is offered.
