Senior Development Manager
This position is responsible for leading the development of new products and processes.
* Oversee multiple novel product and process development projects.
The ideal candidate should have:
1. Create documentation and technical procedures for medical device processes & equipment. Key responsibilities include developing user manuals, operational guides, quality control protocols, engineering specifications, testing procedures etc.

2. Analytical skills to identify problems through root cause analysis as well as corrective actions that improve yield and cycle time by streamlining production workflows. As a team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills you will liaise daily with vendors third-party manufacturers site personnel management colleagues collaborating in global cross-functional teams to bring complex project initiatives forward while consistently meeting target deadlines timelines
